**BELIVE ALL THE ELEVATOR REVIEWS- HORRIBLE ***The condo unit its self is great, clean, well stocked and great views but unfortunately the issues with the actual building itself makes for a very frustrating stay.When we checked in, we had no AC and the front desk was extremely unhelpful. Stated that it broke the night before and they were looking into it. They said to call my host and ask for a fan!!! Host addressed issues after multiple calls and staying on hold for hours.The elevator situation which looking back has been going on for YEARS, is maddening. Being on the 23rd floor, the stairs are not an option. It made coming and going dreadful bc it would take trying multiple elevators and waiting 30/45 mins to finally get one that works. Unacceptable. Overall it was very disappointing.
