After booking, guests are required to complete a simple rental agreement through Away by the Sea. The agreement outlines house rules, property details, and local requirements to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
House Rules
• Keep it cozy, not crazy! We ask that there be no parties or large gatherings to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
• Quiet time is from 10pm until 8am — please help us keep things peaceful for our neighbors and fellow beach lovers.
• Please let us know right away if anything is amiss so we can get it handled quickly for you. Text is best!
• No pets allowed at this condo.
• Towel Care: Please do not use the white bath towels, hand towels, or washcloths to remove makeup, self-tanner, hair dye, or clean up spills or messes. Black makeup towels are provided specifically for makeup removal. Damaged or permanently stained towels may result in replacement charges.
• Please be sure to clean the grill after use, if applicable.
• Starter kit provided with essential items for your arrival.
• Minimum age to book is 25 years old.
TRASH & RECYCLING
Before checkout, please take all trash and recycling to the curb according to the collection schedule and instructions posted on the refrigerator.
If trash and recycling are not placed at the curb as directed, a $50 fee will be charged to cover the additional trip required for disposal.

This is our second time at this property, first was in 2022 and it is our absolute favorite! The unit is perfect - top floor view is amazing, so many nice details and furnishing, updated appliances, etc. In addition, Landie was the most responsive and kind person ever, addressing our questions, and helping us with a user error with the door locking mechanism (loved that you just use a code, no key). The only downside was having to leave! We have only stayed at that building and complex as we have been so happy there -great beach access and views, quick ride to Morehead City and Beaufort. It's perfect!

The condo was perfect for two couples. We each had a bedroom and bathroom. The two balconies views were awesome! We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the never crowded beach. The location was great for getting to fantastic restaurants.I would like to have had kitchen dish clothes and more than one kitchen towel. That was my only suggestion. Everything else was great.Loved it!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, decor was nice, plenty of seating. The view was beautiful. The walk way to the beach was very easy especially with 2 kiddos. We also loved the screened-in porch for the kids! The beach was not crowded and the condo was quiet and peaceful. The kids loved having the pool. Check in was super easy, loved the key pad instead of having to keep up with keys. The host Landie was wonderful. She is very kind and efficient. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be staying again in the future!
