This property is located across the river from the Kenai Princess Lodge at the beginning of the Upper River Rapids. There is about 130 feet of low bank river frontage and an additional 700 feet of wade access under normal water conditions. This property can be rented with the neighboring River House upstream (VRBO #252577).
The Kenai River is open for fishing between June 11th and May 1st. The ADF&G website is a great source of information on the latest fishing regulations.

Everything was great. The views of the river are so serene and scenic. We fished from the bank of the river and also watched the drift boat fisherman float by. No motors allowed on the river. The area was very quiet and I enjoyed simply relaxing and enjoying the scenery (with a beer, of course). Beds were fine, kitchen beautiful, gas fireplace worked perfectly. TV was small, but we're not there to watch TV. Highly recommend.

The property was perfect for the 3 of us. On the river, clean, and quiet. Excellent location for fishing the kenai.

Great experience. We have stayed at several rentals and this one has been our favorite and we felt so comfortable. We weren’t ready to leave!

This rental is right on the river, absolutely stunning location. Layout was a little tough for us, but that’s because we were seven individuals. Would’ve been perfect for a family. That being said we still made it work and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The host was amazingly responsive and friendly. We all felt very lucky to have been able to stay here and highly recommend it.
