We chose this property because of its proximity to the convention center. It was the best decision. Our teammates were jealous of the convenience of the location and the fact that we nerve had to drive. The condo is very clean and has everything you need. A bonus was the clear view is the 4th of July fireworks right from the lawn! Would highly recommend this property and host!

Wonderful condo in downtown Gatlinburg. Clean with lots of supplies and plenty of room. Host was very responsive and helped with check-in. Only very small complaint, there is no closet in the 2nd bedroom. It was locked and probably used for storage? Everything else was amazing.

As a Vbro owner myself, I don't often have the opportunity to leave a stellar review at many places as my standards are very high because of how I manage my property. I must say, this condo in Gatlinburg was an excellent stay. Wonderful layout, nicely appointed, very well furnished, 2 separate and private balconies and a great location for anything and everything on the main strip. The condo was very, very clean and incredibly comfortable. Great water pressure, high quality, thick towels and good toilet paper. We will absolutely stay at this condo again next year on our annual family trip! Thank you!

If you like privacy and pampering, skip this one. Know that you will be responsible for stripping beds, towels, cleaning dishes and taking out trash. The location was great. The beds were extremely firm. There is a ring camera that is actively monitored unnecessarily. Owner was short and rude.
