The location of the house was great, the size of the house was great too. Communicating with the house was easy and the host was very responsive. Great ocean view from the master bedroom and the living room. Great for hosting your family and being right by the beach. Few things to note, we found a couple of cochroaches and there were a lot of ants in different places inside the house. The house itself wasn't that clean and given the chore list you're asked to do before check out you would expect the house to be very clean. It was very surprising with cleaning fees that you would be given a chore list and the house was not that clean when we checked in.

The house had a great location and layout. It did not have any hair dryers or other essentials, like salt, pepper, and dishwashing detergent. The floors could have been cleaner.
