The property was clean and ready on time. We arrived shortly after 4pm.I spoke with the rental company twice. Once prior to my arrival and once while we were there. The staff was friendly and helpful on both occasions. The property is advertised correctly as it relates to not providing beach items so remember to pack some for the stay. We rented chairs on the beach but that was slightly expensive for multiple days. The pool on the property is great. It is a decent size and was very clean. Most places were walkable but I recommend bike rentals.
