Welcome to the newly decorated and furnished Hotel California with Spacious upstairs open living, dining, & kitchen area perfect for entertaining guests or family functions. Kitchen is equipped with double oven, extra large fridge / freezer, & large gas cook top. This kitchen is a master chefs culinary dream. Plenty of Counter space with large Island bar with bar stools and dinning room table. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace perfect for winter nights with expansive windows and plenty of seating. The luxurious master king suite with large windows and 12' ceilings attached to Master bath with Large walk in closet, double lavatories, & massive custom walk in shower. Perfect for relaxing after a long day or night in downtown. Queen bedroom with large windows, 12' ceilings and closet located across the hall from the 2nd bathroom with tub / shower. 3rd Bedroom is a four seasons sunroom / sitting room with multiple large windows over looking the large courtyard. This room has (1) pull out couch and (1) Queen bed with night stands and dresser. Step into the large relaxing courtyard with plenty of room for entertaining family and guests. This area has a large (8) person hot tub, grill, outdoor seating, and a in the ground pool with a 6 foot privacy fence surrounding the pool area for your privacy. All (3) bedrooms have flat screen smart televisions and wifi provided. This property offers private parking in rear with private entrance to courtyard and roadside parking as well if needed. We are walking distance to Broadway's River Walk with multiple restaurants, bars, & shops. Enjoy Hotel California where you can check out but you will never leave. Property is great! It was clean and had everything you could possibly need and more. Location was ideal. Plenty of parking. Having a washer/dryer was helpful. The master shower is a dream come true. Host was quick to respond to inquiries. We had 3 generations staying for graduation weekend. The steps (24) were a bit much for the grandparents but we knew going in they were there. There were multiple, expensive, decorative items we put into a closet to keep away from the 2 year old. The layout is "interesting." It worked for us, we were all family, but depending on the dynamic of your group, it might not be a good fit. Access to the 4 season sunroom is literally by walking THROUGH the master bedroom. The 4th bed is IN the master bedroom closet. If you're expecting the privacy of being able to just close a bedroom door, this is not the place for you.Lastly, the listing is a little bit inaccurate. Technically, the condo has three bedrooms that would sleep 6. But the "pull out couch" in the four season room is non existent. Tana admitted as much when we inquired about how to pull it out for sleeping. The 4th bed, to be able to sleep 8, is IN the master bedroom closet.When we booked, the listing actually said "sleeps 10." There were supposed to be 10 of us, but only 9 made the trip. Luckily for us, there were 3 kids small enough to fit on a blow up toddler bed and the 2 sections of the "pull out couch" pushed together.More photos and a more accurate listing would be nice

Property is roomy and lovely. The pool was a bonus. The stairs were more of a problem than we expected. Not good for older adults with mobility issues. Once in the apartment it was great.

Great place! Furnace very nicely and comfortable with quality furniture, ample parking and really nice and close to downtown in the amenities.
