Living space
The open floor plan flows from the kitchen through the dining area and into the living room, keeping the whole group connected whether you are cooking, eating, or relaxing. The living room centers on a large sectional sofa - which can also serve as an additional sleeping area - and a 55-inch HDTV with standard cable and streaming services including Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, and Roku. Wi-Fi (170 Mbps) and an Ethernet connection are available throughout, and a dedicated workspace with a private door is on hand for remote work or study.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms sleep up to eight guests. The master suite features a king bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with an oversized shower, plus direct access to the pool area. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, and dual entries. The Toy Story-themed third bedroom has twin beds and smart TVs, while the fourth features a Star Wars-themed bunk bed - both with ceiling fans. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows, blankets, and full bed linens are provided throughout, with clothing storage available in all rooms. A bathtub, hair dryer, and bath toiletries are also included.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen has granite countertops and is stocked with a stainless steel electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, and bread maker, along with a dual coffee station featuring a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils are all provided. The dining area seats the full group across two four-seat tables, and breakfast is included with every stay.

Outdoor & pool
The screened patio opens onto a private backyard centered on a private outdoor pool and spa, both available year-round and open 24 hours a day. Pool and spa heating is available at an additional fee. The pool is cleaned weekly with a skimmer on hand for daily use, and additional cleaning can be arranged for a fee. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, and a private gas BBQ grill complete the outdoor setup. Lake access is also available from the property via a path or dock.

Entertainment & recreation
A pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, and life-size games keep the group entertained indoors, alongside in-home exercise equipment including a treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical, and free weights. Families with little ones will find a dedicated children's playroom and an outdoor playground on site, along with board games, children's dinnerware, a standalone high chair, crib, pack 'n play, and babysitter recommendations all available.

Resort access & location
A shared gym is available within the building, and free resort access is also included, covering a fitness center, clubhouse, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and a children's play area. The home is set in the Orlando Area, within easy reach of the major theme parks, water parks, Margaritaville, golf courses, and a wide selection of dining.

Practicalities
Self check-in is via lockbox, and the property has a private entrance. Four free driveway parking spaces are on hand, along with free street parking nearby. An in-unit washer and dryer, iron, and drying rack are provided. Note that air conditioning automatically turns off if exterior doors remain open for more than five minutes - keep doors closed to maintain a cool interior. Exterior security cameras are in place on the property, and housekeeping is available at extra cost. The home is pet-friendly, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
