I really liked the location. I felt like it was close to everything and super close to the Seawall. We had a nice partial view of the gulf. The host was very responsive and helpful with our questions. It met our needs and we had 6 in our party. The hot water was great but we thought it would be a little too hot for little kids. The outside could be better kept, with mowed lawn and trash seemed to be on the ground. And the stickers/burs seemed to be in the carpet from the taller grass. The inside was great, clean, and had everything we needed. Slight odor but could be from the humidity that we are not used to. Had dishes and pans and was very useful for breakfasts but note there is no oven and only two burners. Again it had what we needed. So many great restaurants to try and all the fast food places for quick meals are also nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Great value. We met some neighbors too and they were very kind. We had a lovely time and were there a week.

It was clean. There are a few shops not far away. At check-in the battery for the door lock needed to be charged. The host was quick to respond with a code for the back door. So we were able to lock the front door while the battery charged which allowed us to go to our evening appointment. We enjoyed our stay. We did kill two large roaches and informed the cleaning lady who said she would make the owner aware.
