◆ We do not allow pets at the property. However, we gladly welcome service animals following the law. Please notify us in advance if you will be traveling with a service animal.

◆ The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy to no more than six adults plus their dependent children. You agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements by renting this property.

◆ There is one camera (with audio recording) located at the front door, as a Ring doorbell, that covers the driveway and sidewalk that leads to the front door. There are no cameras inside.

◆ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fine to cover cleaning and odor removal.
