Spread across three generous levels, this spacious retreat combines contemporary design, natural light and comfortable furnishings with an enviable location just 1 km downhill from central Queenstown. Accommodating up to six guests, it's an inviting base for families or friends seeking a memorable alpine getaway in any season.



KITCHEN & LIVING

The spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas feature high ceilings, expansive glazing and large sliding glass doors designed to maximise the breathtaking lake and mountain views.

The well-appointed kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals at home, while the generous dining area offers a welcoming space to gather with family and friends.

The comfortable lounge features plush leather sofas, a striking stone feature fireplace with a gas fire and spectacular views across Lake Wakatipu. A heat pump provides additional comfort throughout the seasons.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

All three bedrooms are located on the lower level of the home, accessed via stairs from the main living areas. Each bedroom offers a comfortable and welcoming retreat after a day enjoying Queenstown's many attractions.



Master Bedroom: King bed, private ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, television and wall-mounted heater.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds and wall-mounted heater.

Bedroom 3: King bed, television and wall-mounted heater.



The home features two full bathrooms, including the master ensuite, plus an additional guest toilet.

PLEASE NOTE

The property is spread across three levels, with stairs required to access all bedrooms and the laundry on the lower level. Guests with mobility considerations should take this into account when booking.

The beautiful Queenstown Gardens, scenic lakeside walking trails and a wide range of adventure activities are all within easy reach, making this an ideal base for exploring the region.

Whether you're visiting for skiing, hiking, sightseeing or simply enjoying Queenstown's renowned food and wine scene, Lake Panorama Villa offers a wonderful balance of tranquillity and convenience.

Please note: The walk into town is downhill, with an uphill return to the property due to its elevated hillside location.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended to make the most of everything Queenstown and the surrounding region has to offer. The property offers a secure internal garage plus 1 additional off-street parking space.

Queenstown's vibrant town center is just a short drive away or approximately a 20 minute downhill walk. Many guests enjoy walking into town and taking a short taxi or Uber back after an evening out. Please note that the return walk is uphill due to the property's elevated position. Guests may prefer to take a taxi or Uber for the journey back, particularly after a full day exploring.



Other Things to Note:

Multi-Level Property: Lake Panorama Villa is spread across three levels, with internal stairs connecting the different areas of the home.

All three bedrooms and the dedicated laundry are located on the lower level. The property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Private Hot Tub: The property features a private outdoor hot tub on an elevated viewing deck.

Guests are kindly asked to follow the hot tub safety and usage guidelines provided at the property.

Parking: Garage parking is available for one vehicle, with an additional outdoor parking space directly outside the front door.

Self-Catering Accommodation: The home is fully self-contained, with a starter supply of essential household consumables provided for your arrival.

Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as required during their stay.

Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is from 3:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am.
