Our 2 BR/2 BA oceanview condo in Emmalani Court - Princeville, offers a comfortable haven to relax after exploring the Garden Isle. It has wonderful ocean and mountain views and a private lanai, cooled by trade breezes or AC throughout. The clubhouse houses a pool, hot tub, & BBQs.
The condo is located within easy walking distance of the 1 Hotel Hanalei (formerly the St. Regis Hotel), with fantastic restaurants and unbeatable sunset views. Emmalani Court is steps from the ocean bluff near the 8th hole of the Makai Golf Course, which is a great spot to watch the sunset or see nesting albatross up close.
Enjoy the Princeville walking path, the golf course, Queen's Bath, Hideaways and Pu'u Poa beaches. A short drive will bring you to Kilauea lighthouse, Hanalei Pier, and all the amazing north shore beaches - Anini, Rock Quarry, Hanalei, Lumahai, Tunnels, and more.
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
Please be aware there will be an active construction project at our condo complex in 2026. There will be roof replacement work on other buildings in the complex (ours is complete) on weekdays from January through April/May and other work on building exteriors through the fall.
TAXES
Please note there are mandatory Hawaii G.E.T. & T.A.T. taxes of 14.750% and County of Kauai TAT tax of 3%, making a combined total of 17.75% . This will be applied to the nightly rate times the number of nights plus the cleaning fee.

We had an amazing stay! The place was so clean and cozy while being spacious. It was also well stocked, and the owners even have beach supplies for guests to use. We loved our stay and plan to stay again.

What a perfect little spot! We couldn’t be happier with how our stay went. This condo is located in a quiet and clean area and is close to all the north side shopping spots. The lanai faces the ocean and this is where my husband hung out a lot when we were at the condo. Beds are comfy and tons of room to put your things in you’re having a long stay.
The condo is fully stocked with all sorts of dishes and baking pans. They give you a head start on dishwasher and laundry pods which is so thoughtful. They also give you enough soap, shampoo, and conditioner for your stay. Both bathrooms have a hairdryer and are fully stocked with towels and toilet paper. You truly only need to bring food and beverages.
They have beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, some toys, and an umbrella so you’re ready for the beach when you step into the condo.
Although you’re on the north side, the drive to the south side isn’t bad at all. We did the drive a lot and didn’t mind it.
We did a kayak tour to the secret falls, hiked to queens bath, took a catamaran to the Napali coast, and had shaved ice every single day. We tried out every beach we could and went back several times to poipu. The sea turtles at poipu were so special.
This was a trip our family won’t forget. Thank you for the perfect place to stay!!

We loved this property. A golf course and ocean view with beautiful sunrises in the morning. A short walk from the front door and you can watch the sunsets too! The owner was easy to communicate with and check in was very easy. The property is located close to shopping & dining and the beaches are just a short walk or drive away. Our family of four had an amazing time!
