My stay was for about one month and went very well. The host goes out of her way to provide a comfortable place to stay, with a number of extras waiting for you upon arrival. The appliances work great, the AC runs cold, and the entire place is on great shape. I highly recommend, and I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

The best host we have ever had. From initial communication to working with us due to family illness.

We stayed almost 3 weeks in this great ground floor garage apartment. It was extremely clean, comfortable and convenient. We met Joyce and her son when we arrived and saw them a few times during our stay, they were always friendly and pleasant. The unit was wonderful! Comfortable bed, spacious living area. Plenty of room for food storage and prep. We would have enjoyed their lovely backyard but it was hot and humid so we chose to stay in a view it out the windows. Parking is no problem. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to this area. Great walking trails too!
