Very clean and comfortable place to stay. There is a cool coffee shop called The Daily Cafe on Kings St and it’s walking distance!

Positives: Very attractive house, and very comfortable for 2 couples, nicely furnished. Very clean. Good communication. Nice covered patio in the back yard, for sitting and enjoying the outside air. Negatives: 1. Traffic noise: Located directly between 2 highways, so traffic noise was distracting out on the patio. However, inside with the windows closed, you can't really hear anything. Sleeping was no problem at all.2. Layout: The 2nd bath is quite a distance from the 2nd bedroom. You have to walk past the living room and kitchen to reach it. 3. Location: About 2 miles from Broad St, so a bit far to walk to downtown. We mostly used Uber, which cost from 10 to 30 each way depending on time of day. Paid parking downtown is 3 to 6 per hour.

We stayed at the cottage for a girl’s trip. While the cottage was very cute, clean, and conveniently located, we did encounter some issues. They are adding a pool to the courtyard but didn’t disclose the construction when we booked the stay. The hot water and stove weren’t working for the first day of our stay, and the management company seemed very doubtful there was even an issue when I called to report it. It turns out the gas service was out, which I’m assuming was caused by the pool construction company hitting the gas line. When we returned to the house one day there was already a car in our only assigned parking spot. When I called to report the issue, the management company requested we remain outside in our vehicle (in over 100 degree heat) until they could remedy the issue. The car turned out to belong to one of the maintenance technicians for the management company and it took them nearly 30 minutes to move it. Overall, the issues with the property management are enough to make me not return.
