This Villa is located only a few walking minutes away from the white sandy beach in a well maintained complex. In the livingroom of about 50 m2 you will find a stereo installation, tv-set, kitchen and a generous eating corner. On the from the outside invisible Patio you find a private pool, teakwood chairs an table, sunchairs and a sunscreen. Through the Patio you reach the sleeping part of the Villa with 2 bedrooms (2 singel beds and 1 double bed) and a bathroom. The generous bathroom with daylight contains a shower, toilet and bidet. Through the Patio you reach as well the big sunningterass with fantastic seaview on the bay of Costa Calma. A good place for having a nice diner and to start or end the day in a comfortable way.

Everything was perfect, location was great, views fantastic. Very well equipped, clean, modern Villa in a quiet location but within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants.

This property has everything,in a beautiful setting,local for everything,easy access when you have a car,everything within walking distance,i.e shops,beach,restaurants,bars,our stay was enhanced by the most beautiful weather we have had there in 10 years,thankyou.
