Welcome to Kiawah! Enjoy this recently renovated two bedroom two bath villa for your next Kiawah vacation. This villa is located within a 3 minute walk of the beach. Relax on the porch and watch as the golfers come down the 16th hole of the Cougar Point Golf Course.
This two bedroom villa has a king size bed in the primary bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower, the second bedroom has a shower/tub combo. Perfect for a kids bath after a day at the beach. The kitchen is also recently updated and is fully equipped. Sweeping views of the golf course can be enjoyed from the kitchen table, living room and primary bedroom. When it is time for the beach, follow the bike trail from the back door and it will lead you right to it without having to cross a road.

Exactly like described. I’ve stayed at many Kiawah units. This one was basic, nothing fancy, but certainly acceptable. Clean and comfy. Very close to the beach, an easy 3 minute walk on a path.I usually stay at beach front properties but getting to the beach from this one was about as easy. Just a few more steps. Just no beach view. We had an internet issue upon arrival due to a cable underground bring cut by recent irrigation work, but our host had the internet provider come by and repair it very quickly. Our host was excellent and responded immediately when brought to his attention, and was apologetic, even though the interruption was not a fault of the unit. So this unit was perfect for my wife and me, and my daughter and husband. Note second bedroom has two twin beds. So this unit was great, easy parking, well located, clean and comfortable. A good basic unit. I’d stay here again and my compliments to the host who was great.

Our family of 4 (2 adults, toddler, infant) loved our time at this property! Everything was easy & seamless. Can’t beat the location and the property manager was very easy to contact for any questions we had. Beach toys and chairs are provided so don’t bring them!

Very clean. Great location on Kiawah. Beach is right around the corner from the unit.

Nice location on golf course. Views to fairway were very nice. Main bathroom had nice marble countertop. But Glasses, dishes and silverware all dirty. Dishwasher doesn’t work. Cheapest coffee maker possible and dirty. Manager didn’t know as to what coffee makers were on the property. 1970’s era condo with inexpensive sheets and linens. With just a little more effort it could be nice.
