This property was as good as advertised. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean, one shower curtain had become dislodged and was not usable. Indoor pool (not heated but still very usable) and hot tub were a benefit and put to good use. Pool table and movie theater were family favorites. Some of the bedroom televisions did not really work that well. Low battery in the remote? Plenty of parking right in front of the home. The rolling “garage door”to the deck and fire pit on the deck did not work. It took a while for the refrigerators to really get food cold, but once they did, they worked perfectly. Two sets of washer and dryers were especially useful. Water pressure was slightly below normal, but what you should expect that high up in the mountains. We were afraid water would have a sulfur smell, but it did not. The view of the mountains was unmatched.Plenty of room for our 23 family members and we made some great memories here. Travel time to all attractions was very reasonable.

The cabin was very nice. This is my second time staying in this cabin. It very spacious and the amenities are great, You guys may want to check the ovens. They don't really get hot.

The amenities were in excellent condition. The host was very engaged throughout the process and made our family reunion enjoyable.

The home is beautiful and the space was great for all our family. The view is beautiful! The info provided did state that they would only provide one roll of toilet paper and paper towels however there was no paper towels. The soap is awful and the cabin is poorly stocked. I have stayed in many cabins all over the country and I will say that this one is second to the worst on what they provide. They only had one dish rag, no pot holders, no dish soap, or dishwashing soap. The rugs were torn and Cobb webs from the ceiling. I would suggest some plastic cups & plates for the younger kids. The check in and communication was good and when the air was out when we got there they did send someone out in a timely manner. Over all we enjoyed our stay and are thankful for the opportunity to spend time in the Great Smokey Mountains!!
