Our family of 6, including 4 children 10-17, stayed at the Cozy Cottage for 3 nights. It was perfect for us and our needs. The home came with a very nice outdoor area to look right out onto the channel that feeds between the Atlantic and Gulf. Beautiful views and a beautiful sunrise. Walt helped us with our check-in and offered to help with anything we needed. His fun-spirited personality came free with the rental, which was a nice touch! Will definitely come back, may even try some of the other properties Cozy Coves has to offer.

We had an excellent stay. Home was very clean. Kept very cool inside. Bed was suuper comfy. We spent a lot of time on the boat dock and listened to the music from the restaurant. That was our favorite part. Great fishing for snapper, baracuda. Saw some sharks and other marine life. Parking was easy, access was easy. Kitchen had everything you needed. We would recommend this house to everyone.

We had a blast at the waterfront cozy cottage. The place was as advertised, with plenty of parking a wonderful dock and boat well. The check-in was organized and they personally met us at the house and were very welcoming. We would love to return one day.... hopefully soon.

The host Wally was exceptional and accommodating, and the place had everything we needed and more. Awesome location - a place you remember. Laid back Keys vibe was just what we needed.
