** MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT **
The primary renter must be **at least 25 years old** and must remain at the property for the entire rental period.
** SPRING BREAK — MARCH & APRIL **
For reservations during March or April, **one parent or legal guardian age 25 or older must be present and staying at the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24.**
Violations of this policy will result in **immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges.**
** PET POLICY **
Sea Pointe Cottage is a **pet-friendly home.**
A **$250 non-refundable pet fee is required for each pet.**
** VACATION AT ITS FINEST STARTER PACK **
We want your vacation to begin as soon as you arrive, so every stay includes a **complimentary starter pack of essential amenities.**

We were so happy with this property! The owners are intentional with their amenities— we were thankful for the bikes, golf cart, chairs, pet leash, sand toys, etc. They go above and beyond and truly thought of everything. We ended up needing to use their pack and play and were grateful they had one available! The location is amazing and the neighborhood feels private without being remote. The house was clean and in great shape. Also, we were thankful for a pet friendly property that still felt super clean. We would definitely love to visit again!

Well appointed and fully stocked home, beautifully decorated, comfortable and roomy layout for an extended family, clean. Good service, helpful instructions available on the home and area, and superior communication by the 30A Beach Girls team. Personally found the home to be a bit further than expected from shops, restaurants, things to do, and found myself driving to the Rosemary Beach/Alys Beach/and Seaside communities as they are not a golf cart ride away.
