This fantastic Olivia Beach home is perfectly situated directly across from the Olivia Beach Community Park. Nestled just a short walk to the beach, and across the street from the park with its play area and sand volleyball makes the 'Parkside' location unlike almost any other.
From the moment you enter the property you will notice the wonderful décor and furnishing throughout. Every bit of which was curated to create that perfect blend of coastal style and comfort. The main level enjoys a fully open floor plan combining the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The entire kitchen was completely updated and remodeled.
Step outside on to the oversized deck with seating for relaxation and at one of the tables to enjoy snacks or meals at. It's a special place that also includes the hot tub and detached carriage house that enjoys a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. It's a great option for those that want a bit more quiet and privacy during their stay. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower located adjacent to the hot tub and has hose w/ hot-cold water for rinsing off beach sand and hot tub water for anyone to use.
Ascending upstairs from within the main house you will find the other three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. Don't miss the balcony just off this bedroom with stunning views overlooking the park and the neighborhood around. It's such a wonderful spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or perhaps an adult beverage in the evening. The final two bedrooms on the second floor have a queen bed and two twin beds respectively.
Booking a home in the storybook community of Olivia Beach comes with it's own list of amenities which tip any "Beach House Vacation Rental" scales you may have been carefully curating in your head. Not only do we provide an ocean view heated pool, a workout room, sand volleyball courts, a centrally located playground, walking and hiking trails, firepits, and super-host quality customer service, but we are most proud to offer you private access to the miles of our beautiful coastline which draws attention to itself internationally every year. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

We spent the 4th of July weekend at the Parkside house. We have stayed at multiple houses in Olivia Beach and this one is definitely the best. The location is perfect, close to the beach access and across from the park. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was helpful, responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would absolutely come back.

Our stay at the Oregon Coast was perfect! We have stayed at this house before, the house has had a wonderful update and had everything we could possibly need! The host was responsive and checked in on our stay- I will definitely be using this company and house again! Can’t go wrong! 10/10!

Our stay at Parkside was absolutely amazing. The home has everything for a large group of people. The house is sparkling clean. Beds sleep like pillows. They had stocked kitchen of everything you need.
Our family enjoyed being so close to the beach.
I trip checked on us each day to make sure we had what we needed.
