Clean and spacious, well laid out villa ideal for couples and families to enjoy the Cyprus sunshine and outdoor activities found in the vicinity.
Peaceful yet close to all amenities in Pernera center just 5-10 mins walk down the avenue.
Safe and Secure.
A bike path is layed on the roadside close to the villa for those biking enthusiasts
A great place to relax either on a lounger on the patio or down at one of the many beaches

Property is well located 10 mins walk from a choice of beaches, bars, restaurants, etc. It's close enough for access, but far enough away not to hear any noise. Host is very friendly and helpful; any issues were quickly resolved. Patio does get the sun and is private.

Disappointing overall- we will not be booking this villa again. Positive: The villa was clean (though furnishings were worn and/or dated) nice bedding and beds, plenty of storage and supplied with generous amount of cleaning materials and toilet rolls. It is within 10 minutes walking distance to local shops and approx 15 minutes to the beach/harbour.Nice washing machine- though the instructions are in Greek- translation is available in Villa booklet.Negative:Although the villa was supposed to sleep 4 people- there was a lack of crockery/ utensils/towels to serve that number- although there were 5 frying pans!Villa was quite noisy due to neighbours and nearby road.- garden area of the villa was run down and housed a dusty car under a tarpaulin. Safety issues with broken smoke detector and burnt out socket.
