The apartment is located in one of Bogotá’s most exclusive neighborhoods and is perfect for both short- and long-term stays. It’s the ideal place to enjoy the best the city has to offer in a quiet residential area with top-notch amenities.
The space
Our charming apartment has all the amenities you need to have a great experience, whether your stay is short or long. It features modern, charming decor and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
The apartment has Wi-Fi and a TV, a double bed, a modern bathroom with hot water, a sofa, and a kitchen equipped with everything you might need: a refrigerator, a small oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, pots, and dishes for two.
If you need a washer and dryer, we have a laundry area available for an additional fee.
Guest access
We have several areas that guests can access, one of which is the terrace, which also features tables for working and electrical outlets, a gas heater, and a living area with a retractable awning. We also have a first-floor patio ideal for reading, and guests may use the laundry area (washing and drying).
Other things to note
-We are a completely smoke-free establishment.
-We do NOT have parking on our premises.
-The reservation includes one weekly cleaning (applies to reservations of one week or longer); if you would like an additional cleaning, it must be paid for separately, and the price and availability will be reviewed.
-Visitors are permitted in public areas until 9:00 p.m. (maximum of 2 people per unit)
-The washer and dryer service costs $20.000 + VAT (does not include laundry supplies)
-We reserve the right to refuse admission to and stay by sex workers and minors.
-Check-in after 9:00 p.m. is subject to availability. We recommend that you confirm your arrival time when making your reservation, as well as any changes to your arrival time, to ensure that staff are available to welcome you.
