Excellent location. Close to everything.

Location in Ortigia is not really important because everything is close to everything.Air conditioning in downstairs bedroom did not work; we were informed there was a fan, which helped in June. In July and August, that room would be very uncomfortable at night. The outdoor space was not clean, many plants are almost dead, furniture is not as depicted in photos. The drying rack is broken; if the washer is used, it is not easy to dry clothes. Kitchen tap works but is loose. As mentioned in another review, water pressure can be unreliable, but with the hand held shower head, it was always possible to have a shower, even with very little water.
