Beautiful apartment with gorgeous views! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching the sunset. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked great.During our stay, we had an issue with the water being turned off at night. This was due to a municipality issue, not the host. The property manager was quick to respond to our concerns and the water was turned back early the next day.

Property was hard to find. The Google map pin drop was way off. There was a link that I couldn’t open with my foreign SIM card that would have helped. If you go here open the link with good wifi before hand. We called the manager and she told us the name of the hotel/condo. It’s a late check in. The rooftop pool is part of the hotel (which is 1st floor of the building). They charged us 10euro per person per day to use the pool. The Expedia site makes no mention of pool fees. The vrbo site does mention it, but we booked on Expedia and did not see that. Nevertheless the view from the 4th floor unit and rooftop was amazing! It’s a 300 m walk downhill to the public beach and restaurants. We walked to town (50 mins) along the oceanfront promenade. The 2 bedroom unit was very nice.

Welcome to this beautiful, clean, and modern apartment featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a small but fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy breathtaking views of Kotor Bay that you'll never forget. The beautiful waterfront promenade in Lower Dobrota is just a short walk from the apartment, perfect for relaxing strolls by the sea. Kotor Old Town is only a 6-minute drive away, making it easy to explore its historic streets, restaurants, and cafés. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic time in this apartment. The area is superb and we would definitely like to return. Communication with the host was excellent he went above and beyond to help us explore and make the most of our 4 day stay (not long enough). We are looking forward to the next time already. Thankyou
