Holiday Yamba is thrilled to welcome Bayview Beach House, arguably one of our most popular holiday rentals and ready to make your next coastal escape a reality. Bayview Beach House truly offers it all with ample space for extended family and friends, a swimming pool, fully fenced yard for pets and plenty of room to relax and unwind with Holiday Yamba.
This highly sought-after holiday home is a favourite for guests choosing Yamba as their ideal getaway. Upstairs at Bayview Beach House features three bedrooms, including a main bedroom with ensuite and a second bathroom. Timber floors flow throughout the large kitchen, dining and living area, all opening out to river views and a spacious verandah, the perfect spot for sunset drinks and relaxed evenings.
Down the internal stairs off the kitchen, you’ll find a separate retreat ideal for kids, featuring a bunk bed, sofa bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, plus a separate laundry. This clever layout allows parents to relax upstairs while younger guests enjoy their own space, something Holiday Yamba guests love.
Bayview Beach House also includes a separate granny flat with external access only. The flat is fully self-contained with a queen bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, washing machine, kitchen and lounge area — ideal for grandparents, friends or older teens wanting extra privacy.
With its versatile layout, pet-friendly yard and resort-style features, Bayview Beach House continues to be one of Holiday Yamba’s most popular properties and an exceptional choice for your next Yamba escape.

Good property everything you need except linen. Needs some maintenance with front gutter which continually leaked over front steps so slippery annd dangerous, needs pest control down stairs cockroaches. Take garbage bags as pickup of garbage bins was not done before our arrival. So with 8 persons staying had to use garbage bags and leave in garage to go out front on pickup day. Pool was nice, clean and enjoyed by all.

The property was perfect for all the different ages in our family. Plenty of space inside and in the yard and pool. Kids absolutely loved the pool and the ability for us to watch them from the house was great.Gutter leaks on the front stairs when air conditioning is on and when it rains.Would highly recommend staying here.
