The folks from Martha Murray came through for us again as they have for many years. This property was immaculate and the owner’s of the rental were very helpful in making sure we enjoyed our week on the Cape.Great location near the beach and restaurants.We hope to rent again in 2026.

Another fantastic vacation in the Cape. Our stay on 4 Bain was memorable, Every year the Cape delivers different memories. This was our 3rd year at 4 Bain, the house is beautiful and modern. Location is very central and we are already looking forward to next year. Martha Murray does a fantastic job with communication, as usual the experience was easy and Martha Murray is always willing to help.
