Location, location, location. Come enjoy your home away from home in historic Richmond, Virginia. Close to downtown, UR ,VCU and many wedding venues.This lovely, renovated colonial two story home is comfortable & conveniently located. It has four spacious bedrooms( all have closets) with hardwood floors. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, two other rooms have full size bed .There are smart TV's in 3 of the 4 bedrooms .Plenty of space in rooms that have actual beds & designed as bedrooms. ( there is a nice sleeper sofa on 1st floor if needed )There are two & 1/2 bathrooms. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and there is seating for 2 at the eat in kitchen. Upstairs there is a separate study with a desk. Having grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants within a few miles saves time and effort. The convenience of private & off-street parking eliminates the hassle of trying to find parking "nearby " Security system & nice late model appliances will add to your peace of mind . Throughout many months of the year you will be able to enjoy the outdoor deck and brick patio in the fenced yard that is peaceful & quiet. Josh is a great host, very easy to communicate with him and always available if we had any issues, which we did not. The backyard was our favorite with a nice shady area and plenty of seating for the 4 of us. We were close to neighbors on one side of us which had lots of kids excitedly playing in the pool and we could hear them but that didn't bother us. Nice big side yard with grass, whole back yard was fenced in too. The kitchen is a great size. We were only there for 4 nights so didn't need to use the washer/dryer but it was available and also didn't cook anything or grill out but both available. The neighborhood was very nice and I heard this was considered a very good neighborhood compared to others. I would highly recommend this property, especially if you had a large group. There are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 1 bathroom in the largest bedroom then 1 bathroom for rest to share. The bathrooms are kind of small and the one off the master bedroom didn't have enough space for my parents to put their stuff (only complaint). There is a half bath just off the kitchen which was great for my elderly parents otherwise they would have had to walk up the stairs every time. We were also very close to restaurants and parks. Again, highly recommend this!

Our host was extremely accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had. The house was spotless, spacious, and perfectly suited for our family during our son’s University of Richmond graduation weekend.There were walking paths just a short distance away, and the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Great kitchen and well outfitted. Great location and quiet neighborhood. The beds were a little too hard for our liking, but overall a very good property.
