Beautiful 3-level penthouse. Enjoy Cancun in this apartment on the beach, functional and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with views of the lagoon and 3 bedrooms with full bathrooms.
Enjoy incredible sunsets in the lagoon from the upper floor terrace, go down to one of the most exclusive beaches and immerse yourself in the crystal clear waters or relax in the condominium's common pool.
Just 15 minutes from the airport and very easy access to the Riviera
The Penthouse has 3 levels, the lowest being the one where you enter the 4th floor of the building.
*Ground floor (4th floor of the building): Equipped kitchen, dining room with lagoon view, half bathroom. Air-conditioning
*First level (5th floor):
Room #1: king size bed, ocean view, full bathroom, air conditioning, TV.
Room #2: 1 king size bed, 1 single sofa bed, view of the lagoon, full bathroom, air conditioning, TV.
*Second level (6th floor): Room #3, queen size bed, ocean view, full bathroom, air conditioning, TV.

There is WIFI on all levels.
We have more departments, so if another family or group wants to join, do not hesitate to contact us.
Guests are required to wear a bracelet. This will give you access to all common areas and allow entry to the condominium.
To do this, you must send us in advance the name and surname of the guests who will stay in the apartment.
* Upon arrival, for the safety of all guests, vans or taxis will not be able to go beyond the security booth. Guests must get off there and then go to the penthouse. The elevator is a few meters from the main booth.
* In the case of long-stay reservations, it will be necessary to agree on a daily fee for electricity consumption.
* The amenities provided, such as a bottle of water, toilet paper and towels, are provided only once per reservation. If they are sold out, it will be necessary to buy more at the nearest store.
The full names of all guests must be provided at least 24 hours in advance so that their entry is registered in administration.
Guests must wear an identifying bracelet throughout their stay. The loss of it will have a cost of $10 usd.
Guests must report any faults or breakages that occur during their stay to their host.

This is a really nbice place in a building that could use a little work. That said, the view of the lagoon from the patio is amazing (don't miss the sunset!), and the view of the beach from the top floor is lovely. Also the space was really nice for our multi-generational group of 7. And the kitchen was well stocked, too! Also got some great recommendations for restaurants!

Apartment was very clean. Communication with the host was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint was that the stairs to the bedrooms were a bit scary.

The property was amazing. The hosts were excellent in responding to questions or concerns. The pool was perfect and the beach was nice and close. We were able to hop on the bus and shop, and dine out. Would highly recommend.
