Once a booking is confirmed, the following cancellation policy will immediately be in effect. Due to automatic platform processing fees, full refunds cannot be issued for same-day cancellations. Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable. No-shows are not eligible for any refund.

This was such a lovely house in an excellent location! Being around the corner from both a little beach and a nice playground made it perfect for our young son, and the short drive to other beaches like Jennings made for a great beach getaway. Everything was very comfortable; great beds and linens and nice places to relax inside and outside. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay for our daughter's graduation from Fairfield University! It was an 11 minute drive to her beach house & university. In our down time we explored the adorable Black Rock community and took beautiful walks/runs along the paved beach path. The kitchen was well-equipped, the outside seating lovely & it fit our family of 6 comfortably. The host was very responsive & helpful.

Lovely location and wonderful area to run/walk. Great neighborhood restaurant. House well appointed only downside was no washer/dryer, but, host said they are adding in the basement.

Awesome place, great area to go for a run along the waterfront and close enough to walk to coffee shops etc. Beautiful home, can’t recommend it highly enough
