Large corner apartment, part of a small block close to the beach, restaurants and to all amenities, with lovely terrace and sea and country views. Self catering and fully furnished with air conditioned bedrooms for a comfortable stay. Can accommodate up to 4 persons. Free internet/Wi-Fi and cable TV/radio.
The terrace, which surrounds the whole apartment, is the main attraction of this apartment. You will be able to sit in the terrace with sea view and country view, enjoy a coffee or a cold drink whilst watching the sun rise or sun set. The apartment faces southwest and has direct sunlight all day long. The apartment is larger than most other apartments (approx. 120 m2) and is very well located on a hill in a quiet area, yet close to the village centre. It has a lovely layout, segregated and spacious rooms. The apartment forms part of a block of just 6 apartments. It comprises air conditioned bedrooms (operated by coin meter), a kitchen/dining room, a main double bedroom, another bedroom with two single beds, a separate sitting room, a bathroom with shower and large terrace with table and chairs. Guests can also use the roof for laundry purposes. There is also internet/Wi-Fi service plus cable TV/radio which are free of charge. The apartment is self catering with a fully stocked kitchen, microwave, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron, washing machine, linen and towels all provided for a most comfortable stay. A gas heater can be provided upon request during winter at an extra charge payable at location. Free parking is available in front or close to the apartment.
Though the village is relatively small there is everything to make your holiday a worthwhile and memorable one. The apartment is just 50 metres away from the rocky beach, 150 metres away from the sandy beach of Xlendi and the village centre (restaurants and food stores) and 30 metres from the nearest bus stop which is down the road next to Xlendi Tower. Furthermore, the island of Gozo is a very popular holiday destination, known for its unique rural characteristics and lovely and picturesque villages.
Apartment is close to all amenities. Xlendi is a small fishing and tourist village, with a number of good restaurants open all year round and a nightclub is just 10 minutes away by walk. A lovely sandy beach and high cliffs surrounds this village. Public transport is punctual and good and the village is just 3 km away from the main town (Victoria) and hospital. Ample parking space is available. One can tour the hot spots of the island in 3/4 days. A car is advisable for certain places.
Please note that there is an Environment Tax of €1.50 cents per adult person per night (maximum €22.50) which is not included in the final price and should be paid in cash at location.

The flat was in very good condition and clean , nice long balcony with chairs for a perfect look at Xlendi Tower

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It is located in a great area of Xlendi, within walking distance to swim, eat and take in the beautiful scenery. Alfred and his wife were excellent hosts, always on hand for any help and communication was very good. We hired a car from the airport which was easy to do and enabled us to explore the island. The apartment was equipped with everything you need and although there was a bit of building work going on around it, it wasn't too noisy. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very much appreciated, just remember to take change for the machine (1 and 2 euro coins). Overall we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend!

This property had everything we needed for a lovely relaxing holiday. The location is great with a lovely view of the bay. The owner met us at the airport and gave us all the information we required and assured us that if we needed anything then we could just contact him. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

The property was exactly as described very clean and very well equipped and both Alfred and his wife were extremely welcoming. Very conveniently situated up the hill from the bay. Booked return transfers through the property and was very impressed at the ease of the transfers even though we arrived in the early hours of the morning.
Xlendi itself is very picturesque but also quite hilly.Lovely safe beach for children although quite small. Thank you once again to Alfred and his family.
