The pond is well-stocked with common carp, roach, and tench. The carp are not fed, so don't expect fish larger than 5-7 kg, but the pond offers plenty of enjoyment and interesting fishing – a real bonus for the cottage!

The cottage is located at the crossroads of Mayenne and Brittany. Don't miss a visit to Laval: its castle and its Naïve Art Museum. Also worth seeing is Vitré: its castle and its half-timbered houses. Explore the charming small towns of Chailland, Parné-sur-Roc, and Sainte-Suzanne, or visit the "La Rincerie" leisure park, ideal for water sports or relaxing outings.
