Love this condo and the complex! Comfortable accommodations, perfect for boaters with slip, ramp, pool, and trailer parking. Owner and Katie great to work with during our stay. Already booked for 2027. Thanks for all the extras when we checked in.

This property and house was perfect for our needs. The house was comfortable, clean and well kept. The boat access, pool, and washer/dryer in very close proximity made the trip fun, relaxing and easy! We did have one issue as the AC unit went out but they were so quick in their response and getting it fixed ASAP, even with needing to purchase and install a whole new unit.

We loved the location & the property itself. We had everything we needed & then some. We started everyday with our coffee by the water in the warm sunshine. We hope to visit again soon!

We had a nice week here and enjoyed the visit from a manatee mom and calf. Property fine but probably a little more compact than we expected. However all facilities provided.
