In central historical Venice, a few steps from St. Mark’s Square, the very center of the town. The apartment is on the first floor of a XVI century palace with private water entrance. It's very comfortable in size (around 1615 sqft).
It has three bedrooms (a master bedroom and two large single rooms), a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a new big sofa and two armchairs. It has two bathrooms (the master one with the bath and shower, the second one with the shower). It is furnished with antique Venetian style furniture.
The apartment looks out on one side on to a small courtyard with a Romanesque well-head and the extraordinary view of St. Mark’s bell tower and on the other on to three typical inner canals and a stone bridge right in front of the living room window.

Our stay was fabulous! Carlo was amazing, after flight delays to reach Venice, his friendly and welcoming attitude was a breath of fresh air. This location is a prime stop to stay! Would definitely do it again!

Terrific view of the canal from the living room. Good kitchen. Clean. The mattresses were a little hard but found some comforters in the closet that helped. Super location - secluded but close to restaurants, gelato and shopping. Would book again

Really outstanding location with easy access to Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's square. The view of the canals and gondolas from the living room is really perfect. Well appointed amenities (washing machine was really useful for us). Highly recommend for the value.

Pros: Excellent location within a short walk of most key tourist sites in the city while also being in a quiet section that highlights the more residential side of Venice. Very spacious apartment with nice furnishings and overall vibeCons: Hot water went out on first day of stay and was not fixed during duration of our stay. We ended up only having hot water for 1 of 4 days
