Erin was an amazing host!! She was more than accommodating, easy to get ahold of and quick with responses. The home was beautiful, quiet, and cozy. Definitely recommend coming here for family trips, group trips and just because. It was very affordable also to say we went 4th of July weekend.

It cannot be understated how charming and convenient Island Villa is for a traveling family whether it's for a sports tournament or a beach trip. Understand first that this property is a renovated and updated motel from many decades ago that has stood the test of time with good reason. This was the second time my family has stayed in this very unit (#7) - which is by complete happenstance, and it's earned a very special place in our hearts because of it all. Within walking distance you'll find restaurant and beverage options to suit any pallet; even a gourmet coffee shop just around the corner! The pool and deck area are ready for a grill-out and provide a beautiful alternative if your crew simply wants to "hang out" for a day.ProTip: Make a tradition of picking one day per trip, maybe the day with the least favorable weather, stay in and bake a lasagna - which the kids will love and Island Villa #7 kitchen is ready for just that! It's cozy, safe, private, comfy, and worth far more than "the price of admission" - and has all the intangibles a discerning guest would expect in the area market. We loved our stay here. The location was convenient to everything, close to the beach. My kids really enjoyed the pool which was perfect for kids because the deepest part was just under 5 ft. My toddler enjoyed the ledge on the side of the pool and spent a good amount of time jumping into it. The property was clean and quiet. Definitely enjoyed the privacy. Our host was amazing as well, communication was clear and open between us.

The master bedroom didnt have a TV…..No curtains or blinds at the balcony door in the back. You can see right in. The knob to control the water in the tub needs to replaced. Over all it was ok. The property was clean
