Really lovely and helpful host. Excellent location, good for getting all round the island. Plenty of room. Comfortable beds. Swam every day in the swimming pool. House was really clean

Everything was very easy and the house is very very clean. Our hostess is very gracious with area information. The house is quiet with beautiful views. Everything was in good working order. We would definitely stay here again. It is a well planned house with lots of space and baths.

Nice property and very nice property manager!
Positive points: swimming pool, outdoor furniture, barbecue, garage and outlook
Negative points: kitchen needs to be refurbished (but the manager is aware of it and willing to); if 8 adults around the pool, lack of sunbeds or comfortable chairs and very small "beach umbrella"; you can hear road traffic from the terrace but not too disturbing

Katiuska met us at the Villa and she was very helpful and accomodating. The Villa is fabulous , we spent our days relaxing round the pool , enjoying barbecues and then the spectacular sunsets from the balcony. You need a car for sure for the location , but it perfectly allows you then to explore the stunning island of Madeira from the beautiful South to the amazing mountains of the North, will for sure return to this Island.
