Very clean, well stocked, plenty of room and close to downtown Boone.

We had a great stay during our family ski trip! The kitchen has everything you might need and the large dining table was great so we could all eat together. The kids loved hopping in the hot tub after a long day on the slopes! We were lucky enough that it snowed during our stay so our pup had a blast playing in the back yard. The driveway was easy enough to get up and down even during the storm, the shovel and broom in the garage made things so easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Yes, all was great except for the queen bed. My husband and I are use to a king bed. Also the water would freeze up and I know that was due to extreme cold weather. All was very clean and plenty of room!

The location of this property was great—very convenient for our needs, and the home was as described in the listing. We appreciated the easy and accommodating early check-in, which helped us settle in before our baseball tournament. However, upon returning to the home late that evening, I found a significant amount of dog hair on the rug and sheets in the master bedroom. I had to vacuum the space before feeling comfortable enough to sleep. The next morning, I discovered the main living area was in a similar condition and had to clean again.I reached out to Brandon, who responded promptly and offered to send someone to clean and a bottle of wine as a gesture. Since I had already cleaned and we don’t drink wine, I declined.Overall, while the property itself and the location were great, the lack of cleanliness upon arrival was disappointing and not what I would expect from a VRBO rental.
