Renovated in the 2000s, Pyykkiranta is located on a wooded, sloping plot. The cottage features a combined living area and kitchen (with a sofa bed providing an extra 120x190 cm bed) and a sleeping alcove (with a 140x200 cm bed). Amenities include electric heating and lighting, a microwave, an air-source heat pump, and a wood-burning stove. It also has a wood-heated sauna and a changing room accessible via the terrace. An outdoor dry toilet is located in the yard.

Dom pięknie położony wśród lasów i jezior, cisza i spokój! Dom jest niechlujny i zaniedbany. W domu brak łazienki, jedyny prysznic to deszczownica w korytarzu przy saunie( dom oferowany dla 12 osób) Sofa w salonie brudna i odpychająca, sprawia wrażenie nie odkurzanej, zresztą wszystkie sprzęty jak i dom sprawiają wrażenie brudnych. Rowery oferowane dla gości niesprawne. Dom oferowany na międzynarodowych portalach turystycznych a brak opisów w języku angielskim.
