O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Do you love to entertain? If so, look no further! This home has everything you need for large family gatherings or your own private oasis. If you have more than 10 guests, please let me know so I can offer alternate accommodations. Enjoy the salt water INGROUND POOL with a diving board, open Memorial Day - October 1st (typically sooner/later, weather permitting). Pets are welcome, no CATS please! Grab a cool beverage from the outdoor shed refrigerator, complete with a bathroom. If you're not up for a swim, catch some rays on the wrap around concrete deck, relax on the comfortable outdoor sectional underneath the pergola or get cozy on the wooden double swings while roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. If you prefer the indoors, head to the finished basement to enjoy a drink at the bar, play a round of pool, darts or ping pong, or relax on the couch and watch TV. You can even get your workout on in the GYM or enjoy a competitive game of basketball in the Cul de sac.
This home is located in close proximity to downtown Kansas City, Chiefs and Royals stadiums, SportingKC, casinos, shopping centers, multiple youth sports complexes and much more! After a fun day of exploring all that Kansas City has to offer, relax in one of the NINE (9) comfortable beds, including three king and six queens.
This home has been in the family for more than 50 years and we want you to enjoy it as much as we have! If there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable, please let me know. I look forward to having you as my guest!

We have stayed at this house twice (2022 & 2026) with our entire family (10 adults & 8 kids). Both experiences have been totally enjoyable! The pool is awesome! The fire pit with swings to fit so many in the evenings is wonderful, even in the summer! Our grandsons loved the outside bball goal in the cul-de-sac. And if the weather doesn’t cooperate or you want to stay cool, there are tons of inside activities for all ages: pool table, ping-pong, darts, TVs, games, etc. We took advantage of a very close neighborhood park to play pickleball. (Pro tip: we brought 4 extra rolls of tp, we should have brought 5 for our 5-day stay.)

Great place for big family gatherings. Outdoor pool, ping pong and pool table kept everyone busy all weekend

Big house with plenty of beds and bathrooms and a great outside area and great pool. Convenient to both downtown KC and the football stadium

The cleaning person had not cleaned the house before our arrival (she got the date wrong, but the owner did not catch it until just before we arrived). We hung out until 8:00 PM and then dried the linens ourselves and made beds ourselves. The house needs maintenance and a deep cleaning. The party room and pool were fun, but the "gym" had only broken equipment. Towels were skimpy in number and quality, as were the t.p., paper towels, NO beach towels provided. The kitchen, though spacious, was extremely disorganized. The ice-maker did not work. The t.v. was very hard to use. Some of the bed frames were funky. The driveway and front sidewalk are dangerously broken in places. The water main broke and we were without water for 24 hours. In general, for more than 6,000 for the week, the overall experience was disappointing. I would like an adjustment in our fee.
