The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Florence, within walking distance of all the tourist sites and the central station; but you can enjoy absolute tranquility! For market lovers this is your area: here it is typical to browse the stalls of the central market in search of the best opportunity or the counter where you can taste our delicacies.
Located on the third floor of an ancient building without a lift, you need to climb about 45 steps, but once you arrive you will be happy to have done so.
The apartment is new, furnished and studied with passion in order to combine comfort and taste!
The whole house has all the windows facing internal courtyards and guaranteeing absolute silence and tranquility.
The house is composed of:
- 1 charming double bedroom (mattress 160 cm wide), with a large window from which you can access the wonderful terrace.
- A bright open space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge with a comfortable sofa bed (mattress 160 cm)
- 1 private terrace overlooking the gardens of Santa Reparata, with table and chairs where in summer it is pleasant to enjoy an aperitif at sunset or a delicious breakfast!
- 1 bathroom with a large shower: it is ideal for relaxing and regenerating after a rewarding day spent among the beautiful Florentine attractions
- 1 small laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The bed was hard but ok. It just was not a comfortable space. We did not use the kitchen at all so can’t say if it was good. The balcony was not at all like the picture. The shower nozzle was half plugged so not pleasant and the bathroom sink drained in a strange way. There was space beside the sink to hold stuff which was a plus. No, we won’t be back.
