This renovated 2-bedroom sunlit cottage offers cooling throughout and a large screened sunporch. A quiet street and a short walk to the beaches of Nantucket Sound (only .3 mile away) make this an ideal location. The eat- in kitchen features a dishwasher and a washer/dryer and the bathroom has a tub/shower combination. New hardwood floors along with the original knotty- pine walls give you the perfect Cape Cod charm. The spacious backyard has three separate seating areas for eating, grilling, relaxing and gathering around the firepit and a large enclosed outdoor shower. You'll have all you need for a carefree, relaxing getaway.
This home is within close proximity to local favorite restaurants, ice cream parlors and mini golf. You can take a quick drive down Lower County Road to visit, Dog House, Chapins or Woolfies Bakery!

Home was impeccably clean, in a great location. Outdoor space was the best. Fenced in, landscaped, fire pit, seating area and large dining table. We did everything outside. Mattresses were the best. We had a great week with great weather in this beautiful home.

We stayed in the cottage for 2 weeks and were very comfortable. We loved the backyard- it was beautiful! The cottage is close to the beach and restaurants which was nice and convenient.

We’ve rented this cottage 3 years in a row now and it’s truly perfect. The owners have thought of everything and it’s fully stocked with what you need for a week. The outdoor space is amazing and quite rare for Dennisport. We look forward to coming back each year!
