This brand new construction house is perfect for large groups. Gather with friends and family in the double height ceiling open concept living room/dining room/kitchen area. Soak up the sun lounging by the pool. Take a super short walk to town to enjoy the incredible local shops, restaurants, and bars. Then end with a nightcap relaxing in the hot tub. There's no better place to stay in Greenport Village.

We had a great stay at this property. The house is beautiful, modern amenities, easy to share with a lot of people. Pool was awesome, heated and easy to use, an unexpected perk since we stayed in November. Wonderful location, close to town and waterfront. Host was very quick to respond and helpful.

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend and the house was perfect for us (2 kids, 6 adults). The house was clean, and the amenities were great (we used the outdoor fire pit and the indoor fireplace). Location was amazing too, a very quick walk to the center of town. The host, George, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to all of our questions. I would definitely recommend!

This was a great house for a large group! It was clean, and the backyard was perfect for our group to enjoy. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had.
