When we arrived we were told by the front desk that this is a timeshare and that owners are not permitted to rent the rooms out. They are “cracking down” on this and asked us to complete a short form regarding our reservation. We were told that we had 2 separate reservations and would have to change rooms after 2 nights. Fortunately, this was fixed by the front desk and we only had to update our keys after 2 days. It was not communicated well by the host but there is no onsite parking. We opted to pay for valet parking at 50 per night plus tips. The room was nice, as described but I could only give 4/5 on cleanliness because the area rugs need a good cleaning. The televisions are not smart tvs and don’t have a great picture. The location is great, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Front desk staff very accommodating.
