What an amazing place! From booking through the end of our stay, we had a great experience. The hostess was friendly and great with communication and quick responses. She even helped arrange a driver for the ride back to the airport for a reasonable fee, who was also wonderful. The instructions for check in were clear. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. 2 bedrooms, with 2nd bedroom being upstairs and both rooms had closet space. The building has an elevator. It has AC in all the rooms, and stayed nice and cool with the shutters down during the hot part of the day. The view is beautiful seeing the water as pictured, and while it’s in a residential area, it’s walking distance to grocery less than a block away and close to restaurants and the beach. It’s about a 20 minute drive (depending on traffic times) to the center of town and attractions like Sintagma Square & Plaka, but you get the local experience and I didn’t want to stay in the busy area anyway. I would 100% book this place again.

Good location 2 blocks to restaurants and bars, supermarket just around corner and close to bus and tram for transport. You can see the water from veranda if you look right.Located on 3rd floor with 2man lift or stairs.Good communication throughout and on arrival George was waiting for us and went through the usual requirements. He also was our driver on departure to the airport. Very friendly man.The apartment has a loft room accessible by steep steps with 2 single beds avaliable.Would definitely stay again should we come back to Athens.
