Enjoy a fantastic central location just 400m from the beach and steps from great restaurants. This charming villa features 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms (2 with A/C). Ideal for large groups: we also rent the two adjoining villas (Libra & Laura).
Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.
We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.
Los Delfines is a fantastic area to spend your summer holidays. In addition to several beaches, it has all the services and amenities. Restaurants, pubs, supermarket, water parks, tennis club, pharmacies. All this at only 3.5 km from Ciudadela, one of the main cities of the island. Here you can go shopping, enjoy the restaurants on the promenade, or stroll through its historic streets.

No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage. If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage.
All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price. Guests are hereby informed that hosts are duly authorized to collect the tourist tax through means external to the platform used to make the reservation. The villa is superb. In good condition, air conditioning in 2 of the bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen with everything that you need, washing machine, comfortable beds etc. The photos in the listing do not do it justice - some of the furniture has been upgraded since and changed location. It was lovely spending afternoons in the pool and evenings relaxing outside or having a BBQ. It is very private and has clearly had some refurbishment recently. This place is perfect for people who want a well equipped place in a quiet area and hire a car to explore the island. It is just a short walk to watch the sunset or to small coves and beaches as well.

It was great to have a secluded private pool and the supermarket was almost next door. We recommend transport to visit other parts of the island.

Villa was nice and clean, excellent communication, and a really nice welcome hamper.
Theres no air-con, so night time got a bit stuffy.
Pool is great size and kids spent most of the holiday in it.
The area is great for kids with lots of good restaurants with children playing facilities, an aqua park, and shallow beach, all very close.
Supermarket literally a minutes walk is well stocked with anything you'd need.
Overall a great stay - thankyou
