Come relax and create great memories in this newly painted and updated home in Seacrest Beach. While at "Beach Bummin' " you will enjoy all the comforts of home. Located only 1 block from the giant Seacrest pool, this house offers a wide variety of amenities such as a fully-equipped kitchen, gas grill, a dining area which can easily accommodate your entire group, wireless internet service, cable, board games, books, jigsaw puzzles, beach chairs and beach towels. For your convenience there is a main floor laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Beach Bummin' has recently been, redecorated and linens have been upgraded. A true bonus to Beach Bummin are the outdoor living areas. On the porch you can relax in the Adirondack chairs. While on the patio your group can have meals and enjoy the private landscaped yard. Enjoy the quiet and the views from the balcony.

First Master Suite - king bed with a private bathroom with walk in shower, walk-in closet, and french doors leading out to the balcony.
Second Master Suite - queen bed, day bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, and french doors leading out to the balcony.
Kids Bunk Area - child size beds recessed in the second floor hallway.
First Floor Bedroom - queen bed, connected to bathroom and walk-in closet.
Don't worry about bringing more than one or two cars there is ample parking.
Community Amenities: You are within walking distance of the pristine white sand beaches and beautiful sunsets. For your convenience there's also a complementary shuttle that will pick you up by the house to take you to the beach access. The 12,000 sq. ft. resort like pool is a short block from the house. You can walk to Rosemary Beach, Alyce Beach and The Village of South Walton and to where you can enjoy great restaurants, shopping, strolling for an ice cream or coffee, rent bikes, even a day spa. Not to mention the BEAUTIFUL BEACH, BEACH WILD LIFE and the NOT TO BE MISSED SUNRISES AND SUNSETS!!!!! Be sure to make time to explore all that the area has to offer.

Loved this property! Have been to the area multiple times & this place was perfect for a week on 30A. Great kitchen with all the utensils for cooking meals. Beds were cozy & private baths attached to all rooms (plus patio access too). Had extra bunks in hallway for small kids! Was super cute! Loved the games, puzzles, bikes & beach chairs too. Really felt like a home. Thank you!

The property was fantastic! If you’re like me and you use recent reviews to pick a place, keep reading!! The listing was as described. My group of 6 especially enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and outdoor seating as we did a lot of cooking. We also appreciated how sound proof the house was. Some girls liked to get up early but the sounds of them walking around or starting coffee could not be heard by the girls sleeping upstairs. We appreciated how clean everything was, the starter amenities (bring or buy more TP!! Only 1 roll per bathroom. Note this is mentioned in the checkin instruction email as well).and the beach towels. There were lots of games books and beach chairs/toys too. The only thing we wish was more clear was the registration when arriving. You must go to the community pool and check in with the leasing office. There’s a form that can be filled out ahead of time or on your phone by scanning a QR code. Once that’s done, you get your wristbands which are needed for the pool or shuttle service. Make sure your leave the wristbands at the property when you check out! You also need a parking tag if you have a car, otherwise you’re at risk of a ticket or tow!! This was not mentioned in the check in email by the host and feed back was given to include it for future guests. Overall, this hiccup did not negatively impact our trip and we would highly recommend the property and hosts. We’d happily stay again!

The house is conveniently located at walking distance from the Community Pool, close to the beach access and there is a tram service if you are not able to walk!
There is a nature trail and a park close by if you want to keep yourself active.

When we arrived, there was a water bottle which someone had been drinking out of just left on the counter, and there was also trash in the master shower on the ledge that I had to dispose of myself. The listing mentioned that we would get 4 bikes with our rental. When I contacted the host about the bikes, it took several hours to get a response, and they finally responded with “the bikes have been discontinued.” I pulled up the listing and the description of the property which still mentioned the bikes, and let them know that when I booked the property in January, bikes were part of the rental and that we would like them. I received the same response back that they had been discontinued, but this was never communicated before we arrived, and the bikes were one of the main reasons we booked this property. We never got the bikes.I’ve been renting properties in Seacrest Beach for 10 years, and we have only left something twice. The last time we accidentally left something, the rental company mailed it back to us within two days. My 14 year old accidentally left her bathing suits hanging on the back of a door on this trip, and I contacted them about getting her clothes back which I obviously would pay for, and I have still yet to hear anything. Yes, it’s her fault for leaving something behind, but she’s a kid, and to just not acknowledge my request at all is bad business. Out of the ten properties we have stayed at in Seacrest Beach, this was the worst by far.
