Imagine spending time with friends or family on a 1.5-hectare estate in one of the most picturesque spots in Drenthe. At Landhuis Hezenes, you can make that dream a reality. This charming farmhouse-style villa features eight well-maintained bedrooms and bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a cozy conservatory. The professional kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, and the bar-lounge is a fantastic place to unwind.

The estate is situated in a secluded setting with no immediate neighbors, offering complete privacy. With ample parking and direct access to the vast forests of the Drents-Friese Wold, nature is right on your doorstep. The villages of Diever and Dwingeloo are just a short walk or drive away, offering local charm and convenience. The property also features secure bicycle storage with e-bike charging points, an EV charging station, and a wood-fired hot tub perfect for up to eight people.

For outdoor fun, there is a children's activity garden—complete with a mud kitchen, a barefoot path, and a willow hut—as well as plenty of space for activities like playing games or letting dogs run free. The terrace, featuring atmospheric lighting and a stone barbecue, is ideal for evening gatherings, and a meadow area is available for pitching tents if you’re looking for an extra touch of adventure.
