Welcome to our beach cottage newly built in 2019. It is a 1 bedroom single family home, a short walk to a pet friendly beach. The private beach has views of Provincetown and the tip of Cape Cod. We are in an area called Beach Point and located just 2.5 miles from the center of town. We are located next to the Sandcastle Resort which is a timeshare resort. In the summer months this resort can be bustling and their staff housing is next to our home, it is quiet in the shoulder seasons. A bus runs to town during the summer season and is located just across the way. We are minutes from multiple National Seashore Beaches as well as many restaurants and shopping in Provincetown.

Saturday to Saturday Rentals only for the months of July & August, (with exceptions for last minute cancellations)

This beach house was newly built in the spring of 2019. The property is fully equipped for your convenience. We have a washer and dryer, wi-fi and much more. There is an outdoor shower for your convenience after the beach.
