This property was a great. The property was exactly as advertised and the management company was very quick to respond to any questions or issues. Reading the reviews of this property prior to renting all were very positive except one. The one review that was not 5 stars seemed focused on two issues. The first was that not all the TV’s were smart tv’s and that the rental company that sets up the included chairs and umbrella were very difficult to get that included perk setup. There are four tv’s in the house, the living room tv has an Apple TV connected to it and the other 3 have fire sticks. I reached out to the host the day before our arrival and they put me in contact with the chair rental company. Our chair and umbrella were setup for us every morning by 7:30 am.I would absolutely stay at this property again!

The bad- Arrived to no WiFi, took 2 different workers and a day and a half to fix it, no info on rental chairs that came with the house as they were not set up in the morning. Then was told you have to call to have that set up even though there is no info in your emails or at the house with even a name or number to call. Only had our chairs set up on the last day of our trip. The upstairs tv is not a smart tv nor does it have a Roku or any other device so the tv is not useable. That room is what I consider a kids room with the amount of beds in there so having tv would have been nice or at least told that it was just decoration so we could have brought our own Roku device to set up. Other tvs are small and outdated. Sugar ants all in the kitchen sink, could smell the bug spray so they were aware and trying to do something about it but make sure you keep all food up. Bought our own bug spray to keep the sprayed during our stay. The good- the beds were so comfy and sheets and blankets clean. Bikes and golf cart were great. We’ve been staying in Watersound for 12 years or so and i expected more for what I paid to stay here. Love Watersound but will not stay in this house again. So many more options that are worth the amount money. This one was not.
