The home met our needs with each bedroom having their own bathroom was idea when getting ready at the same time. The host was quick to get us coffee to use in kerig as well as bigger coffee pot. The outside space could use some help. Lawn was not mowed but we didn’t sit out there so it was ok.

Melissa was a great communicator. There were some boards off the fence owned by the neighbor and she had her handyman fix them right away. The inside had been cleaned, but the cleaners need to be checked up on. Outside hadnt been cleaned, as a previous review mentioned and the yard needed mowing. We cleaned outside so we could use the outside chairs and table. It is in a great location close to downtown Franklin, a little tlc and attention to detail would make it a great place.
