Been staying at Marty's place for years. Finally brought my wife and our son, and he made sure they felt just as welcome as I have over the years. Exceptional. There is a time when it changes from service to friendship, and Marty has made sure that he shows up almost like family. Best experience staying in Monaco in 16 years of visits. Perfect location, so well appointed, everything you could possibly need.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this apartment, the perfect end to our trip through the south of France. Located just a few meters from Monaco, the apartment was ideally situated for exploring the area on foot. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby, and everything we needed was within easy walking distance. The apartment felt like a beautiful boutique hotel suite with every detail thoughtfully considered. We loved the bathrobes, high-quality toiletries and cold drinks waiting in the fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept so well. The balcony was a real highlight, perfect for enjoying a glass of champagne in the evening and soaking in the atmosphere. We also loved starting our mornings with coffee and croissants from the charming bakery just across the street.Communication with the owner was excellent, very friendly and responsive. Parking in the underground garage was easy and convenient. We highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!
